This workshop explores the human element of change in the workplace and how leaders can assess what individuals and their teams need to move forward and put the past behind.
- Return to work with an understanding of the transition process and the key elements that need to be in place for change to successfully unfold.
- Examine how to assess where your team is within the transition process.
- Learn the key components necessary for success.
- Develop a protocol for working with your boss and other workplace leaders to monitor developments and respond to concerns in a timely fashion.
