Substitutes, Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds:
SEND A SUBSTITUTE: If the registrant is unable to attend, you may transfer the 2020 Leadership Training Series ticket to a substitute. Please contact the Solutions Team at [email protected] or call 800-968-8143, and send the substitute’s name at least one day prior to the event. Please note that if your substitute does not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
TRANSFER TO A NEW DATE: If the registrant is unable to attend, you may transfer the 2020 Leadership Training Series ticket to a new 2020 Leadership Training Series date in 2020. Please contact the Solutions Team at [email protected] or call 800-968-8143, within one week prior to the event, to transfer to a new event date. Please note that if you do not attend your new date and have not arranged for a transfer or substitute, you are still responsible for payment.
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: To receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per ticket, please submit your request in writing, to the Solutions Team via email at [email protected] within one week of the event date. Please include the name of the individual no longer attending. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
